Know My Business Worth is operated by Alphaa Life Ltd (company number 15685225), “we”, “us”. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Know My Business Worth is a marketplace that connects business owners looking to sell with people looking to buy an established UK business. We provide the platform, listing moderation, and an indicative valuation tool. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, are not a broker, estate agent or financial adviser, and do not handle payment for any business sale.

The “Value My Business” tool produces an indicative valuation range only, calculated from the figures you provide using a documented methodology. It is not a formal valuation, not a guaranteed sale price, not professional advice, and does not guarantee any transaction outcome. You should get independent professional advice before relying on it for a decision to buy or sell a business.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

If you list a business for sale, you're responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit — business details, financial figures, and any images or descriptions. We review listings before they go live, but that review checks for completeness and platform-fit; it is not independent verification of your figures, and we don't label anything “verified” unless it genuinely has been. You must have the right to list the business and to share the information you provide.

Messages sent through the enquiry system are between the buyer and seller involved. We don't review or moderate the content of individual messages. Any discussion, due diligence, negotiation or agreement that follows is entirely between those users — we recommend both sides seek independent legal and financial advice before agreeing to anything.

You agree not to:

• submit false or misleading information in a listing or enquiry;
• use the platform to harass, defraud or mislead another user;
• attempt to access another user's account or private data; or
• scrape, copy or republish listings or platform data without our permission.

The platform is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any enquiry will lead to a sale, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You can request account closure at any time from your account page. See our Privacy Policy for what closing your account does and doesn't remove.
